What we collect
- Information you provide: When you request a scenario analysis, complete a contact form, or speak with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, property type, occupancy status, requested loan amount, loan term, and scenario details.
- Information collected automatically: Technical data including IP address, browser and device specifications, pages visited, referring URLs, and interaction metrics gathered via cookies, web beacons, and embedded tags.
- What we do not collect on this site: We do not request or collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or bank account credentials on this website. Online calculators operate locally within your browser and do not transmit or store input data on our servers.

Analytics, advertising, and CIPA disclosures
We use web tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Pinterest Tag, and Microsoft Clarity to measure performance and improve site user experience.
- Session recording (Microsoft Clarity): Session recordings capture mouse movements, scrolling, and clicks. Form inputs containing text are masked prior to transmission.
- Cross-context behavioral advertising: Network tools may track visits across sites to deliver relevant advertisements. California residents may opt out of this "sharing" at any time.
Retention period
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the inquiry purpose and to comply with statutory retention requirements under California Business & Professions Code § 10148 (requiring real estate brokers to maintain transaction records for a minimum of 3 years) and applicable federal record-keeping standards.
Your California privacy rights
California residents possess the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:
- Right to Know / Access: Request disclosure of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, and third parties receiving data.
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information, subject to statutory record-keeping exceptions.
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: Direct us not to share data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
- Right to Non-Discrimination: Receive equal service and pricing regardless of privacy rights requests.
- Exercising rights: Contact us at info@loankey.io or (256) 573-3733. We verify identity prior to executing requests.
- Response timing: We respond to verifiable requests within 45 calendar days. If additional time is required (up to 45 extra days), we will notify you in writing. Consumers may submit up to two access requests in a 12-month period.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): Browsers broadcasting a GPC signal are automatically treated as an opt-out request for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) consent
Where you provide a phone number on our forms, you grant consent to receive communications.
